Restaurant ops — forged live
Problem
Restaurant ops scatter across POS terminals, paper floor sheets, and separate inventory tools — so a busy service means lag between what the floor sees, what the kitchen cooks, and what the till bills.
Approach
One Laravel and Node core with Redis and WebSockets for live state, a React console for managers, React Native for floor staff, and Electron for terminals. Floor layout, POS orders, stock, and billing share the same event stream — with Punte, an ops AI, on top for questions that used to mean digging through reports.
