Hotel ops — desk to dining
Problem
Hotels run rooms on one system and the restaurant on another, so a guest charge from dinner never lands cleanly on the folio, and front desk and F&B reconcile after the fact.
Approach
A React and Node core with Redis for live house state, React Native and Electron for desk and floor clients, and a deliberate RMS integration so SajiloRMS operates as an in-property outlet — reservations, room status, and dining share one guest record instead of two exports.
